Hi, I’m Emma.
As a strategic educational consultant with a distinct ability to leverage deep practitioner experience and data analytics, I implement research-based solutions at an accelerated pace.
Working with both urgency and empathy, I believe deeply in the ability of adults and children to prove what’s possible in urban education and to use education as the ultimate tool for equity.
I began my career as a kindergarten teacher and have spent over a decade in schools and educational non-profits working to uplift a community of learners in historically marginalized settings.
Most recently, I worked as a network academic leader for Nashville Classical Charter Schools, where I successfully executed academic improvement projects and innovative pilot partnerships with curricular providers and ed tech organizations that placed our schools at the forefront of research-based practices and that optimized for impact.
Since launching my own consulting business, I have worked with public districts (including NYC Public Schools and districts within the Detroit metro area), charter networks, individual schools, and educational organizations to accelerate academic outcomes and support students across the country. I’m currently based in New York City and work with organizations both locally and remotely.
